The app requires enabled Location Services for accurate tracking, with Wi-Fi settings enhancing precision indoors. In cases where GPS and Wi-Fi are unavailable, location is derived from GSM tower coordinates.

KidControl promotes transparency rather than covert surveillance; users must voluntarily download the app and register via an invitation code. Location sharing can be paused, and users have the option to log out or uninstall as desired.

The application is accessible from installed programs, ensuring that location sharing is contained within a single account.
